There’s something to be said about a dental practice that has maintained their staff for over seven years! That’s the shortest amount of time of anyone currently working for Dr. Bryan Carlin and he has staff that has been with him over twenty years. That alone speaks well for a doctor or dentist.

There are several reasons staff stays with the same physician. It’s normal to think that money plays a part, but surprisingly, statistics show that this is one of the last reasons people stay at their positions. The number one reason is they feel valued as a part of the team. If a dentist let’s his staff know how valuable they are to him, how much more will he value his patients? In Dr. Carlin’s case it is a lot.

Patients who come to see him will find his manner warm and professional. I know because I am one of his patients. He always has a good word to say and is open for questions and concerns in regard to the care given. Dr. Carlin takes his time and you never feel rushed in and out of the office or feel like you are in an assembly line, which is one of my personal pet peeves.

Everyone, from Kim at the front desk to every tech and dental hygienist in the back addresses you by name and know why you are there. They are pleasant throughout the appointment no matter what type of procedure you are undertaking. Their care and concern shows and they go beyond the call of duty to make you feel comfortable. If you haven’t figured it out, I think Carlin Dental is the very best in Hendersonville. It’s were my family goes and I don’t have a problem letting everyone know.
